Candidate FAQs

We try to make our registration process as simple as possible. We have an online portal where you can complete our registration forms and upload required documents, from there a member of our compliance team will guide you through the process.

We recruit across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical roles, from Band 3 Healthcare Assistants to Band 8 Advanced Clinical Practitioners and everything in between. Many of our roles tend to be within emergency and urgent care including the NHS 111 service.

This depends on the role. Clinical positions typically require recognised qualifications, registrations (e.g., NMC, HCPC), and up-to-date training. For support or non-clinical roles, we outline required experience in each job description.

Yes. Once registered, one of our consultants will review your experience, understand your preferences, and match you with roles that align with your skills, availability, and career goals.

This varies based on compliance requirements, such as DBS checks, references, and mandatory training. Many candidates can start within days once documents and checks are complete.

Typically, we require:

  • Proof of ID and right to work
  • DBS certificate (or permission to complete one)
  • Professional registration (if applicable)
  • Relevant training certificates
  • Vaccination records (for some clinical roles)

Your consultant will guide you through each step.

We offer all three. Whether you’re looking for flexible shifts, long-term assignments, or a permanent career move, we’ll match you to the right opportunity.

Pay frequency depends on your assignment type, but most temporary workers are paid weekly. Our timesheet week runs Monday-Sunday, so once submitted you are paid the following Friday.

Yes — for temporary and agency roles, you can select shifts and locations that suit your availability. For permanent roles, we will work with you to establish options that match your career goals and support you through the recruitment process.

Absolutely. You will be assigned a dedicated consultant who supports you throughout registration, compliance, placement, and beyond.

Your dedicated consultant is your first point of contact for any concerns or support needs. We’re always here to help. When the office is closed, we have someone on-call who is available 24/7 to deal with any issues that may arise.
