We are recruiting for permanent 111 Health Advisors to work within their NHS 111 Services at their office based.

- Chesterfield – Ashgate Manor, Ashgate Road, Chesterfield S40 4AA
As a 111 Health Advisor, you will be answering inbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals in need of medical advice by directing them to the most appropriate urgent care. You will be responsible to ensure that all calls are answered promptly, accurately, and professionally in line with the performance standards. I have attached a full job description for you to look over.
Please find the below pay rates for your record:
- £11.11 – basic rate days
- £12.55 – enhanced rate weekday evenings/overnights
- £13.77 – enhanced rate weekends
Should you start before March we will also offer a Golden Hello Bonus Scheme (10% of salary paid in 3 instalments – 25% after 3 months, 25% after 6 months, 50% after 12 months)

If successful at interview you will be required to complete their pathways training on site:
- Week 1 to 3 – classroom based (more structured 9-5 hours)
- Week 4 to 6 – coaching on site, you will be required either day time or out of hours for supervised practice.
