We are currently looking for an experienced Nursing and Care home group manager to work flexibly from home,as well as across Nursing and Care homes and other locations as required and working remotely using their technology.

The Nursing and Care home Manager is accountable to the Head of Quality for the effective management of a number of geographically identified Care and Nursing Homes. They have a responsibility to people supported by Brandon, their families, staff, Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Trustees, Commissioners, Regulators and other Stakeholders

Ensure that all services within the area are of high quality with consistent standards of care and support, in line with the needs of people supported by Brandon, their families, the organisation and commissioner and regulatory requirements.
Co-ordinate and deploy area resources in the most optimal way, responding to need and in compliance with good governance.

Report to and work with the Nominated Individual (NI) in relation to HSCA 2008 and applicable regulations; including:
* Registration details, including the appointment of Registered Managers.
* Revalidation of Nurses in line with NMC.
* Notifiable incidences and actions
* Safeguarding, health and safety and other legislative requirements
* CQC Inspections and any improvements
