We are currently partnered with an ambulance trust in Kent who are seeking Patient Safety Clinicians to work on their 999 service.

Purpose of Role:
* Provide an effective and timely communication link between the public and various healthcare professionals by making welfare telephone calls for patients awaiting an ambulance response.
* Identify worsening symptoms in accordance with the Trust’s policies
* Redirect calls to one of the EOC Clinical Team (if worsening has been identified)
* Use telephony systems effectively to contact patients to carry out Patient Welfare Calls.
This is a great opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse / Paramedic to begin a career in the field of 111/999 and would be particularly suited to those who are interested in eventually working as a Band 6 Clinical Advisor.
We are eager to hear from Paramedics and Nurses with experience in Primary Care.
This is ongoing agency work, with shifts available 24/7. You will need to be willing to cover Evenings and Weekends as well as day shifts.
