Connaught Resourcing is urgently looking for experienced Team leader residential worker for a children’s home based in Rugeley working young with learning disabilities.

Successful candidates will have experience with working with young people who may have low risk challenging behaviour, have a flexible attitude, have empathy and understands the needs the residents.

We would also require candidates to have a level 3 in children and young people or residential childcare but we would look at unqualified candidates should they have more than 3 years’ experience.

This wonderful 3 bed home provides care and a homely environment to the young people who require additional care.

Shift pattern will be 2 on 3 off or 1 on 2 off depending on what the successful candidate can do.
